Service Description
Schedule a one-on-one virtual consultation with Kansas City tattoo artist Nick Young from New You Tattoo. This Zoom session is ideal for discussing custom tattoo ideas, cover-up projects, sizing, placement, and overall design direction before booking your tattoo appointment. During the consultation we will review your concept, reference images, placement on the body, estimated session length, and approximate pricing. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the tattoo process, preparation, and aftercare. If you decide to move forward with your tattoo, the consultation fee can be applied toward the cost of your tattoo session when you book. Perfect for clients who prefer to plan their tattoo remotely or who are traveling to Kansas City for their appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Applies to: All Tattoo Sessions, Consultations, and Coaching Sessions A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit reserves your time slot and compensates for the preparation, research, and scheduling involved in your service. Cancellations & Rescheduling All appointment modifications — including cancellations, rescheduling, and date/time changes — require a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Modifications requested with 72 or more hours' notice may be accommodated at our discretion with no penalty. Any cancellation, reschedule request, or no-show with less than 72 hours' notice will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. No exceptions. No-Shows Failure to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show. No-shows result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may be treated as a no-show at the artist's or coach's discretion. If your session can still be accommodated, the appointment will not be extended — your session will end at the originally scheduled time. Deposits Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances and are applied toward the total cost of your service. Deposit amounts vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking. How to Modify Your Appointment To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly via phone, text, email, or through the booking platform at least 72 hours before your appointment. Voicemails, DMs, and messages left outside of business hours will be timestamped at the time of receipt, not the time they are reviewed. By booking an appointment with New You Tattoo, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
